The Digital Summit invites industry leaders and passionate innovators to Bridge the Gap with Inspiredu. A two-day event, The Digital Summit builds from the momentum of the Inspire Gala and leverages the 17 Sustainable Development Goals to commit objectionable initiatives focused on digital equity.

Building from The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development The Digital Summit challenges our community to come together to expand their understanding of digital opportunity, connect resources and collaborative initiatives, and generate actionable objectives starting with our first meeting in 2025 and continuing to 2030.

The summit begins with a one-day intensive meeting providing participants the opportunity to join goal focused programing, round-table discussions, and an evening social to share and brainstorm ideas. Day two will continue the summit with a morning breakfast toast to our community goals and will conclude with the 2025 Inspiredu Awards Dinner (previously the Inspire Gala) to celebrate our learners, families, communities, partnerships, and goals committed for 2030.

What will you be celebrating at our first Digital Summit?

The United Nation Global Goals

The Digital Summit will be framed through the Global Goals to focus our efforts on specific areas of digital opportunity while also advancing the global agenda of 2030. See below to learn more about the Global Goals and how Inspiredu is advancing our work in these areas.

  1. Sustainable Cities and Communities: In an increasingly digital world, people need the right skills to fully access essential services such as transportation, healthcare, and employment. We’re committed to providing digital education opportunities to underserved communities in Georgia to bridge the divide.

  2. Responsible Consumption and Production: All of the devices we distribute to program participants are refurbished, and those that are non-functioning are either rebuilt by a team of dedicated volunteers or properly recycled in order to keep them out of Georgia landfills.

  3. Reduced Inequalities: Many families lack access to a computer or live in “digital deserts” with minimal broadband access. Our programs ensure that high need communities have equal access to digital tools and education.

  4. Decent Work and Economic Growth: In today’s job landscape, digital education is essential for economic mobility. At Inspiredu, we provide career development programs designed to help individuals acquire the professional skills they need to enter the workforce.

  5. Good Health and Well-being: As more aspects of healthcare go digital, community members without access to reliable technology struggle to access essential services.

Together with partners like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, we’re helping individuals to take control of their health.
