Inspiredu and Truist: Partnering for Digital Literacy

Inspiredu is pleased to announce that a generous community development grant awarded last year from Truist Charitable Fund (TCF) has been renewed for a second year. This grant has been a significant step toward helping us bridge the digital divide. TCF is a donor-advised fund administered by the Winston-Salem Foundation and part of the Truist Community Catalyst Initiative, a multiyear strategic partnership aimed at addressing some of Georgia’s most pressing community needs.

Inspiredu's Volunteer & Training Center Town Hall

Inspiredu’s first Town Hall held at our newly renovated Volunteer & Training Center, a flagship Lift Zone powered by Comcast, was nothing short of a success. We hosted this important conversation at the heart of our engagement center: inside the classrooms where we train our learners. Five in 2025: Promoting Digital Opportunity through the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals

Inspiredu is excited to share that we will be hosting our first Digital Summit this fall. In the months leading up to this event, we will be sharing information about how our program aligns with the United Nation’s (UN) Global Goals for Sustainable Development. In 2015, the UN challenged communities around the world to build a better, more sustainable future by 2030 in 17 specific ways. The work we do at Inspiredu aligns closely with 5 of these goals

Partner Focus: Serving Refugee Families with ICNA Relief Georgia 

We do some of our best work through our community partnerships because they allow us to reach more of the underserved population in Georgia. For the past couple of years, we’ve assisted ICNA Relief’s Refugee Program, which is dedicated to providing caring and compassionate service to victims of adversities and survivors of disasters. These families come to the Georgia with next to nothing, determined to find a better life in America.
