What are your day-to-day job functions?
I’m the storyteller. I try to encapsulate our events and virtual webinars into engaging and inspiring stories. I work with the marketing team in creating photo and video assets for social media, YouTube and our website.

Working on bridging the digital divide is important because equal opportunity starts with equal access.

Any stories you want to share about your education journey?
I’m a musician and when I first decided to build my own studio at 19 I bought a Compaq Tower computer. It was the first computer I ever owned myself. It was the hub of my operation and handled everything from recording music, mixing music, maintaining our website and even burning hundreds of our own CDs that we would sell at shows and in front of ATMs on payday. That computer and equipment empowered me to be an independent artist and businessman
