Inspiredu’s Tech Support Volunteer Program

We are thrilled to share some exciting news from our tech department! Today, we're announcing the launch of our brand-new Tech Support Volunteer Program for individual volunteers. After successful beta testing for a few months, the program is now in full swing, and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Our tech department plays a crucial role in handling a multitude of devices that have been generously donated by corporations and organizations. As you can imagine, they have their hands full… quite literally. With the implementation of our Tech Support Volunteer Program, our tech team is set to receive much-needed assistance, allowing them to work diligently and more efficiently. Such assistance will mean that the devices we receive are prepared and ready for our community in record time.

When we say "ready," we mean that our dedicated team sorts donations, cleans them for distribution, wipes information, and loads the necessary software onto each laptop. Quality control is of the utmost importance to us and ensures that our community receives the best possible support. We are thrilled to share that at this point—halfway through the year—we have already surpassed the number of devices distributed to our community compared to the entire previous year. This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our tech team and our partnerships with various companies coordinated through E-cycle Atlanta.

One aspect that makes us especially proud of this program is that it allows our community to become a part of a unique volunteer experience as an individual.
