Fulton County Proclamation

Inspiredu was proud and humbled to accept a proclamation from Fulton County declaring January 10, 2024, as Digital Equity Day. Digital equity means that every person within a community has the necessary technology resources to participate in society, democracy, and the economy. The term encompasses not only access to devices and the Internet but also the ability to use and benefit from them effectively. The proclamation ceremony recognized the organization's pivotal role in championing inclusive access to technology and digital resources for all.

Inspiredu is a 501(c)(3) headquartered in Fulton County and working to bridge the digital divide by providing youth and adults with hardware, software, and training at no cost. Fulton County Government stated that they issued the proclamation in honor of Inspiredu "for their continued dedication to improving lives."
