I truly believe that quality education can help fight inequality and empower individuals and communities to achieve their true potential. I volunteered at a Family Learning Workshop organized by Inspiredu a few years back, and it was very clear to me that the program could help students overcome barriers to learning and succeed in their academic and career goals.

As a current at-large board member, it’s been an absolute pleasure being involved with an organization I love that is doing so much for our community and has continued to grow in more ways than ever before. I’m most excited about seeing that growth continue and watching the Volunteer and Training Center convert into a more functional space to serve our community.
